The Regulations provide for a register of importers and exporters of food, feed, food and feed additives and seed to be kept by the Authority and maintained by the Registrar. The procedures for applying for these permits and the conditions attached to them are expressly provided for in the Regulations. The Regulations further provide that non-commercial imports of food, feed, and food or feed additives may be subjected to inspection or testing by the Authority officials at ports of entry as well.
