Abstract
These Regulations amend the Parks and Wild Life (General) Regulations, 1990 (principal Regulations). They amend section 52 of the principal Regulations by substituting the definition of manufactured ivory with the definition of worked ivory. Further, the definition of raw ivory is also substituted.
