Amendment and annulment of some Articles of regulation on Reduction and Prevention of Air Pollution.

This Regulation provides ban of movement of the automobiles and motoring vehicles that produce emissions. The Regulation describes authority of the governmental organisations to impose temporary limitations under the conditions of high air pollution. The Ministry of Transport in cooperation with the Ministry of State in Local Affairs are required to oblige use of filters by the vehicles owners. The Regulation provides additional obligations for the High Council of Water , Environment and Urban Development and The Administration on Regulating Energy Services to make efforts for prevention of the air pollution and enforcement of relevant regulations. This regulation consists of 4 Articles.
