Abstract
This Decision creates the Institution for Environment Protection. It establishes composition, duties and competencies of this Institution, whose principle objective is to carry out environmental control programmes in order to preserve the ecosystem. It consists of 10 articles establishing that Environmental planning and Impact Assessment studies must be carried out in order to prevent potentially polluting activities.
