Abstract
The Regulation sets out the framework for the establishment of the Commission for the Evaluation and Registration of Plant Fertilizers and the rules of procedure for the fertilizers registration and assessment. The commission is headed by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Consumer Protection and is composed of representatives of Ministry of Agriculture, the National Food Authority, and the Center for Agricultural Technologies Transfer. Detailed duties of the commission are further enlisted. The form “Request for Fertilizer Registration” is attached to the Regulation as Annex.
