Abstract
The present law amends article 14 of Law No. 9946 of 2008 regulating the licenses and licensing procedures of the operators dealing with transmission, distribution, supply, storage and operation of the liquid natural gas. The law is implementing article 24 of the Directive 2009/73/KE of the European Parliament and Council dated 13 July 2009 “On the common rules of the internal market of natural gas”.
