Abstract
This Law establishes a legal framework for creating and operating asssociations of water users. Competencies of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food in this field are established by this Law. This Law concerns the creation, on the basis of free will, associations of water users. This Law establishes the structure and organization of these associations, tariffs that members are required to pay, etc. This Law also establishes rules and procedures for creating federations of water users.
