Abstract
The present Law lays down some amendments and addenda to Law No. 7796 of 1994. It changes the title of Law No. 7796 into “Albania Mineral Law” and title of Chapter VI from “State owned mineral enterprises” into “Companies performing mineral activities”. Furthermore, the Law amends articles 3, 10, 16, 18, 19, 20, 47, 48, 50, 52, 63, 69 73, 74/1, 102, 105, 106 and 106/1 of Law No. 7796.
