Law No. 9667 amending and supplementing Law No. 7796 of 1994 on the mineral resources of Albania.

This Law lays down various amendments and addenda to Law No. 7796 of 1994 on the mineral resources of Albania. Firstly, it defines “post-mineral monitoring” as a process for monitoring and controlling certain parameters and also for assessing the impact of mining activities after mines have been exploited. The amendments also concern the status of the National Agency of Natural Resources as a specialized entity that provides technical assistance to the Ministry.
