Abstract
This Regulation 32 of 2016 amends and supplements multiple articles of Regulation 1555 of 2008. The changes concern the production and packaging of plant protection products (PPP), the responsibilities of the oversight state committee now serving as a decision-making body, the requirements of the PPP registration and the registration application paperwork, as well as the registration renewal after the expiration of the initial PPP registration.
