Abstract
This Regulation amends Regulation 372 of 2016 by removing applicant's obligation to submit the following as part of the application file: i) a copy of the applicant's acts of incorporation; and ii) a non-technical summary of the environment impact assessment at national or trans-boundary level. The latter will now be generated by the Ministry of Environment and its dependent agencies.
