Regulation No. 97 date 14.2.2018 amending and supplementing Regulation No. 419 date 25.6.2014 approving special requirements for the issuance of types A, B, and C environmental permits, the permits transfer, and the detailed rules of procedure for permit application examination and issuance by the National Licensing Center.

This Regulation amends and supplements Regulation 419 of 2014 in various sections. First, the name of the National Licensing Center is changed to the National Business Center. Further, the preliminary environmental impact assessment document, although still part of the permit application file, will no longer be supplied by the applicant but by the ministry responsible for the environment and its dependent agencies that are part of this process. The Ministry of Tourism and Environment, the National Environmental Agency, and the National Business Center are responsible for the regulation enforcement.
