Presidential Decree No. 43/16 approving the Regulation of the National Institute of Water Resources (INGRH).

This Executive Decree approves the Regulation of the National Institution of Water Resources (INGRH). This Regulation, consisting of 5 Chapters and two Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilites of the above mentioned institution, responsible for ensuring the implementation of the national policies on this sector, on matters relating to planning and integrated management, use, preservation, protection, supervision and control, aiming to regulate the organization and functioning of INRH services in order to improve the implementation of actions related to the management of national water resources, in accordance with its Statute, approved by approved by Presidential Decree No. 116/14 of 30 May.
