Presidential Decree No. 5/15 approving the Statute of the Hydrographical and Maritime Marking Institute of Angola (IHSMA).

This Presidential Decree approves the Statute of the Hydrographical and Maritime Marking Institute of Angola (IHSMA). The Statute, consisting of five Chapters and two Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Institute, entitled to: coordinate, guide, control, supervise, license and regulate all activities related to science and techniques of the aquatic environment in the field of hydrography, nautical cartography, marine meteorology, oceanography, marine geology, navigation, dredging, marine signaling and control of pollution at sea. This Statute is divided as follows: General provisions (I); Organization (II and III); Financial management (IV); Final provisions (V).
