Abstract
This law establishes supporting legal measures for implementing key EU regulations within the state's jurisdiction. It covers invasive alien species (IAS), access to genetic resources under the Nagoya Protocol, the EU Public Documents Regulation, energy efficiency in industrial and district energy systems, and renewable energy authorization processes. The law designates competent authorities, enforcement mechanisms, and penalties, while promoting public involvement, administrative coordination, and sustainability, thereby aligning Salzburg’s legal framework with evolving EU environmental and energy directives. The text consists of 19 Articles divided into 7 Parts.
