Abstract
This Ordinance aims for enhancing energy efficiency, and promoting sustainable practices and ensuring compliance with the European Union's directives on energy efficiency. The text provides for fundamental documentation requirements for energy efficiency measures, and energy consultations for small and medium enterprises, which aim to provide tailored advice on energy consumption and efficiency improvements. It specifies that energy consultations must include a comprehensive analysis of energy flows and propose both organizational and investment measures. Implementation of the outlined measures is through utilizing an electronic reporting platform for the submission of energy efficiency measures. The text consists of 16 Articles divided into 5 Parts and has 2 Appendixes.
