Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some substantial amendments to the Plant Protection Law (LGBl. No. 58/2007). In particular, the Ordinance adds an article 6 dealing with tasks of municipalities; article 9a on Operational plans; article 9b on Hearings and publications; article 11a on Vocational training. Furthermore, the Ordinance amends Part 4 entitled Common provisions, and Part 5 on Final provisions.
