Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Cattle and Sheep Premium Ordinance 1996 (BGBl. No. 465/1996). The amendments concern article 17(2) which reads as follows: "(2) As a rule 15% of the premium is put aside for the national reserve." An article 23a on Administrative proceedings is added to article 23. Within two weeks it is possible to submit objections to AMA ("Austrian Agrarmarkt").
