Abstract
These Regulations prohibit the laying of strychnine for the purpose of destroying declared animals unless the poison is laid by an authorized person or inspector.
The Regulations further provide for the obligation to give notice of intention to lay poison, erect signs indicating that poisons have been laid, secure baits and destroy unused baits.
