Apiaries Regulation 2005.

This Regulation implements the Apiaries Act 1985 by providing specifications on the licensing procedure, on the register of beekeepers, on identification of hives and on the use of queen candy. The Regulation is completed by one schedule that provides the forms prescribed under the Act.
