Apiaries Regulation 2013.

This Regulation, consisting of 17 Sections, establishes the requirements to perform the beekeper activity and lays down the conditions of registration as beekeeper. For the purposes of section 8(1) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989. The conditions are specified within as conditions to which the registration of a beekeeper is subject.
