Abstract
This Regulation concerns several areas of fisheries management and conservation; it consists of 356 sections and is divided in 19 parts: Preliminary (1); Protected fish, protected waters, prohibited fish and bag limits (2); Fishing gear (3); Priorities in the use of fishing gear (4); Miscellaneous provisions relating to fisheries management (5); fishing business transfer rules(6); Commercial share management fisheries (7); Licensing and other commercial fisheries management(8); Restricted fisheries (9); Registration of persons eligible to be nominated fishers (10); Fishing business cards (11); Fish receivers and fish records (12); Charter fishing management (13); Protection of aquatic habitats (14); Threatened species conservation (15); Listing criteria (16); Administration (17); Enforcement (18); Savings and transitional (19).
