Abstract
These Regulations implement the Irrigation Act 1994 by providing specifications on procedures related to the discontinuance or reduction of water supply for irrigation (sect. 5), the duty to report damages to irrigation systems and meters (sect. 7), the assessment of quantity of water supplies (sect. 10), the protection and maintenance of channels and other works (sect. 11) and fees in irrigation districts.
