Abstract
The object of this Regulation, consisting of 32 sections divided into four Parts and completed by three Schedules, aims to 0repeal the Water (Part 2) Regulations (originally gazetted on 8 November 1946) and to remake, with additions and modifications, the provisions of those Regulations that are still required.
The new Regulation includes provisions with respect to matters under dealt with Part 2 (Water rights and works) of the Water Act 1912. The Regulation provides for Licences, permits and authorities (Part 2) and Transfer of certain water rights (Part 3).
