Abstract
These Regulations implement the Wildlife Act 1975 by offering further provisions on the licensing system established by the Act; by prescribing fees, offences and royalties; and by providing exemptions from certain provisions of the Act. The Regulations are divided into the following parts: Preliminary (1); General regulations (2); Exemptions (3); Regulations applying to wildlife licences (4); Private wildlife licences (5); Commercial wildlife licences (6); Assistant’s licence (7); Fees (8); Royalties (9) and Transitional Provisions (10).
