Abstract
The objectives of these Regulations, consisting of four Parts and seven Schedules, are: to provide for the management and conservation of wildlife and wildlife habitat; to provide for human use of and access to wildlife; to make further provision in relation to the licensing system established by section 22 of the Wildlife Act 1975; to prescribe fees, offences, royalties and various other matters for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1975; and to provide for exemptions from certain provisions of the Wildlife Act 1975.

These Regulations enter into force on 23 June 2013.
