Abstract
These Regulations implement the Zoological Parks and Gardens Act 1995 by providing, among others, for fees payable for entry to zoological parks; the care, protection and management of zoological parks and managed land; and the care, protection and management of the zoological collections in zoological parks or on managed land.

These Regulations enter into force on 1 May 2003.
Notes
These Regulations were revoked on 23 April 2013 by virtue of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.These Regulations repeal various Regulations as listed in Schedule 1.
