Law No. 255-IIIQ on horse breeding.

This Law aims at improving horse breeding, by creating a legal basis for the conservation of genetic resources of pedigree horses. This Law sets forth the duties of the government in the field of horse breeding and the organization of horse breeding enterprises. This Law determines the principals on certification, state control, registration and reproduction procedures of horse breeding and pedigree horses, horse selection-breeding programs, artificial insemination of horses, scientific research on horse breeds and export and import of horses.
