Law No. 765-IIIQ on apiculture.

This Law aims at improving apiculture by creating a legal basis for the conservation of genetic resources of bees, study on bee selection-breeding, breeding high-grade bees, and increase in production of apicultural products. This Law sets forth provisions on standardization, registration, certification, packaging, labeling, sales, marketing, import, export of apicultural products, duties and rights of breeders and on protection of honey bees.
