Abstract
This Law makes minor changes in the original Law. This Law amends Article 23 of the original Law regarding mode of payment for consumer groups and adds “The relevant executive authority will determine the rules for providing technical conditions for accession of consumers to the water supply and sewage disposal systems” to Paragraph 5. This Law also amends Article 31 of the original Law regarding the installation and replacement of water meters. This Law repeals Paragraph 2 of Article 13 and sub-paragraph b of Paragraph 2 of Article 23.
