Abstract
This Decree sets out provisions on definition of technical conditions and accession to the water supply and sewage disposal systems. The technical conditions shall be specified according to the connection point to the sewer, upper and lower limits of water pressure in the connection point, water and sewer lines, construction of water supply and sewerage systems, control-measuring devices and hydrometers and the project of water supply and sewerage systems. This Decree states that every project for construction shall actualize the specified technical conditions and shall be approved by the Water and Sewerage Administration. In addition to the technical conditions, measures will be taken by the Water and Sewerage Administration for expansion tank, pump stations and local water treatment facilities.
