Ministerial Decree No. 147 on the approval of some normative legal acts related to hunting in Azerbaijan.

This Decree hereby approves the Regulations and lays down detailed rules on: (i) breeding of wild animals and releasing them into hunting grounds; (ii) participation of hunters' associations in the organization and management of hunting and hunting farms; (iii) monitoring of the state hunting registry and hunting facilities; (iv) shooting individual species of predatory animals; (v) the form, registration and issuance of hunting permits to persons to engage in hunting activities; (vi) issuing permits for hunting; (vii) issuing permits for hunting in Azerbaijan to foreigners and stateless persons; and (viii) the type and use of hunting gears.
