Abstract
This Decree regulates the interaction between the consumer and General Directorate of Water and Sewerage. This Decree sets forth duties and responsibilities of General Directorate of Water and Sewerage and consumer rights. This Decree also sets forth provisions regarding installation and abuse of water meters, water charge tariff, discharge of wastewater into sewerage systems, principles on suspension of water usage, termination of the contract and special requirements on the use of wastewater collection network.
