Abstract
This Ministerial Decree makes amendments in the Ministerial Decree No. 262 regarding EIA, strategic ecological assessment and state control for the projects on (I) treatment and reuse of industrial and domestic wastewater and (II) waterworks, in order to assess the environmental impacts as well as transboundary effects.
