Abstract
This Decree makes minor changes in the Resolution No. 27 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating Regulations for withdrawing, neutralizing of destruction of the foodstuffs unfit for utilization. According to this Decree, “foodstuffs produced by using genetic materials of genetically modified plants or produced by using plant materials created by biotechnology or genetic engineering” phrase shall be added after “expire date” in Article 1 and 2 and before “will be exterminated” in Article 15.
