Abstract
This Regulation establishes the procedures for the seizure, transportation, storage, neutralization or destruction of goods which are low-quality and dangerous, counterfeit, prohibited for release and sale during inspections by central and local executive authorities vested with inspection powers. The goods within the scope of this Regulation are listed in Article 1.3, including but not limited to: veterinary drugs, agrochemicals, and plant and plant products not classified as food and feed products.
