Abstract
Article 1 of this Law adds an article to the Law on ecological safety regarding the obligation for strategic ecological assessment on the projects and activities. Article 2 amends the Law on water supply and effluent wastewater regarding EIA, strategic ecological assessment and state control for the projects on treatment and reuse of industrial and domestic wastewater. Article 4 adds the word "EIA" following the "protection of environment" in the Law on access to environmental information. Article 6 adds the words "EIA" following the "hazardous environmental impacts" in the Article 29 of the Law on access to information.
