Resolution No. 419/ü of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources on inventory rules and classification system for wastes incurred during the production process.

This Decree aims at applying a new classification system in the field of hazardous waste management in compliance with international standards and strengthening control mechanisms on monitoring the occurrence of wastes. This Decree specifies that inventory processes shall be in a sequence such as: definition of waste, risk assessment of waste and identification and classification of waste and sets forth provisions on these processes. The list of hazardous characteristics in compliance with the Annex III of the Basel Convention, inventory form of waste incurred during the production process and list specifying hazardous waste classification system are attached to this Decree in the appendix.
