Abstract
This Law regulates the production, processing, quality and technical rules and characteristics, marking, labelling and packaging standards, minimum conditions for the safe distribution, marketing and related data collection and protection of the specific geographical origin certification all regarding the wine and brandy alcoholic drinks/spirits on the territory of the Republic of Srpska (part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
The Law is divided into VIII Chapters and 51 articles, including the offences and related penalties.
