Programme of special control over the presence of the quarantine harmful organism Alternaria mali Roberts - the causative agent of Alternaria apple spot on the territory of Republika Srpska in 2021.

This Programme, based on the provisions of the Law on plant health protection (Republic of Srpska), determines the measures, deadlines, manner of implementation of measures, entities implementing them, sources and manner for provision and use of funds, as well as the manner of control over the implementation of measures of special supervision over the presence as regards the Alternaria mali Roberts - the cause of alternaria apple spot, on the territory of Republika Srpska in 2021. The aim of this Programme is to determine the presence or absence of the quarantine harmful organism Alternaria mali - the cause of alternatorial spotting of apples in parent plantations of registered plant nurseries, on farms and backyards, as well as in production plantations of plant species that are known as pathogenic hosts. Plant species that host this pathogen are apple fruit species, species of the genus Malus -apple (Malus domestica Borkh.), and wild apple (Malus sylvestris (L.) Mill.).
