Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on conditions and criteria to be met by holders of the Study of Environmental Impact and charges and other costs incurred in the process of environmental impact assessment (Official Gazette 68/2005).
Changes are related to the administrative terms and legal definitions.
