Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the necessary conditions and criteria be met by authorized holders of the official state studies on the environmental impact assessment, in terms of registration, human resources, technical equipment, work space for professional activities and documentation, concrete fees and other financial aspects in the field of environment, further establishing the amount of tax, fees and charges assessment studies and other issues to be defined by competent authorities and other participants in the environmental Impact Assessment or professional activities in the field of environmental protection on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
