Abstract
This Regulation stipulates all necessary conditions and criteria to be met by legal persons for a correct performance of the preparation of the Environmental Impact Study (official study), and also establishes and defines all related fees and costs for the correct evaluation studies and other expenses that may appear with relevant authorities and other stakeholders in the process of environmental impact assessment on the territory of the Federation of BiH.
