Abstract
This Regulation adds certain provisions to the rules stipulated by the Regulation on the forest order (Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska 13/2009).
Changes made by this publication are related to new paragraphs to be added to the provisions of the article 7, regarding the technical issues to be performed, during specific periods, on timbered trees in order to execute the security measures in terms of the forest orderliness and safety management provisions previously established.
The added provisions are setting conditions for the possible exemption of certain procedures part of the article 7.
