Regulation on forest order.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Forest Law (Republika Srpska), prescribes measures aimed to ensure the maintenance and establishment of forest order in forests and forest land on the territory of the Republika Srpska, regardless of the form of ownership (both private and public). Forest order is considered to be the implementation of preventive measures for forest protection during timber, production, approach, attracting and storage of forest wood assortments, protection of watercourses and infrastructure, as well as works for preventing the occurrence of fires, of harmful consequences which may arise from negative actions of other abiotic factors of nature and occurrence of gradations and epiphytosis of harmful species of insects and fungi.
