Abstract
This Regulation stipulates the provisions and rules aimed to determine the establishment and maintenance of the mandatory forest order.
As here defined, the forest order is a procedure of the implementation of forest related safety and security rules aimed principally to protect the forests and forest land in general terms, including several issues for the prevention of the occurrence of forest fires, presence of harmful insects and plant diseases, including the natural/elemental disaster related damage to be managed.
