Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the manner, procedures and terms for the calculation and payment of special water charges (Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska 53/2011).
Major changes are related to the duties and obligations of the state institutions and competent local authorities, and specific administrative rules and requirements.
This Regulation further changes the administrative forms and documents listed in the Annex I, and also part of this text.
