Abstract
This Regulation amends various provisions part of the Regulation on monitoring of pollutants emissions in the air (Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 9/2014).
Changes are related to the general terms and definitions (article 3); issues on measuring location (article 4); measuring methods (article 6); measurement plan (article 7); emission controls (article 9); conditions to be fulfilled by test laboratories for emission control (article 10); and technical updates and modifications (articles 22, 23, 30); registration of big plants (article 33); and adds the new Annex (III).
The new Annexes is also part of this publication.
