Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions prescribed by the Regulation on the requirements for submitting the applications for the issuance of environmental permits for plants and facilities that have a permit issued before the entry into force of the new Law on Environmental Protection (Official Gazette 68/2005).
Changes are related to the terms and definitions, technical requirements and contents of the necessary form of the official application.
