Abstract
This Regulation provides all necessary standards and technical and administrative requirements related to the submission of the official request for the issuance of environmental permits for plants and facilities for which the previous/first permits were issued before the entry into force of the latest Law on Environmental Protection of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BiH, No. 33/2003).
